Registration fees and important dates

Welcome to ESWC 2026 in Dubrovnik!

To help us process your registration smoothly, we can issue a pro forma invoice to your company, institute, or university. Please send your request details to eswc@pitea.si and include full billing details (legal name and address) VAT ID (must be valid in VIES). If valid, the invoice will be issued under the VAT-exempt / reverse-charge regime (no VAT charged).

Early Bird payments must be received by 16 March 2026, as we are committed to making advance payments to the venue. Payments received after this date will be processed under the regular (later) registration timeframe.

Student registrations require official proof of student status, sent to eswc@pitea.si.

Please note:

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Invoice data cannot be changed after issuance, and registrations cannot be upgraded once invoiced.
